Medal Studio was a well-established brand and a large organisation, manufacturing, selling and shipping all of their own products from their HQ in Yorkshire. All they needed to do was get their product found online without using large marketplaces to cut profit margins.
To do this, we established a plan combining SEO, PPC and UX all to create new product categories that PPC could capture traffic for, until SEO was able to catch up organically and the spend could be allocated elsewhere, all giving customers an easy route to purchase.
From an SEO perspective, traffic increases and organic revenue were extremely successful. Traffic has doubled year over year for three consecutive years with great results for sales, even placing in the top 3 for searches relating to the Olympics in 2024.
PPC was also a huge hit, setting new records for ROI and all done using a lower budget than thought possible. Although this has since scaled with the success of the campaign, the strategy continues to succeed year on year.
